I currently have my 7970 water cooled so the temps never get past 41-44 range, but my card was never that good of overclocker so I kept it at 1150 core at 1206 mV. For the memory, I used to have it in the 1750-1800 range with a slight increase of voltage to 1625 - I ended up at 1750 Mhz.

However, my video card has been getting corruption - I have it running 2 monitors and it more commonly happens on the 2nd screen where white lines flicker across the screen, especially if you minimize or maximize windows. This went away everytime I decreased the memory speed, and I also tried increasing the voltage to 1640 mV. I am now at 1625 Mhz and it just happened again. Do I need to increase the memory voltage more? Do I just need to change the memory near stock speeds? That would suck since I am using water cooling - a full block cooler (Heatkiller GPU-X3 7970 block).
