Has anyone else experienced a bug where the memory is never clocked down when using the extended desktop? Everything is fine with my 7970 when I utilize a single monitor. However, when I add a 2nd monitor and choose to extend the desktop, the memory stays at its max rate all the time and never down-clocks. I am using Afterburner to slightly raise the voltage, to utilize a manual fan profile, and to overclock the memory past the point of AMD overdrive. If I don't use Afterburner to overclock or disable Afterburner, the memory and GPU correctly downclock but when I go to play a game, they never increase!
