7950 gx2 Help needed

I have a 7950GX2 EVGA and a Gigabyte DS3 mother board. I have had non stop issues with my video card. I have RMAed the 7950GX2 once and the people at EVGA say that it will work on a DS3 motherboard. I have swapped every part of the computer, video, psu,ram and all work fine. When I boot sometimes I get video sometimes not, sometimes I have snowy screen sometimes not. At this point I'm thinking of getting a new motherboard, and was thinking of maybe a Gigabyte DQ6. I am thinking of getting a E6600 also, so based on that what are you all who own 7950gx2 using?
 
when u say youo have swapped video do you mean you have tried a different video card or a different monitor?
 
When you have it plugged in, try wiggling the cable to see if you have a picture or not. One time I had a bad cable. Other than that, try different type video cards, a different monitor, and the latest bios.
 
I have tried a 6800 GT in my system and it worked fine, also I have tried 3 different monitors. My 7950 gx2 worked fine in an other computer also. I literally swapped every part I could to test each component.
