Would it be ok to power the graphics card off a different psu than the one used for the main computer? I'm not sure if the rails would join somewhere on the board. I need to rma my main power supply, and my older psu's I feel won't be able to keep up with the load of everything. So I'm figuring I could run my fans, pump, hdd, and graphics off an old 350W psu, and the motherboard off another 350W psu. Any problems with this? I figure if the different rails are fused together, the psu may try to fight with eachother in regulation

Tie the grounds together and you will be fine. They will not fight each other. Tie the green wires together on the 20 pins ATX connectors to make the remote PS come on with the main.
