Hey guys.. posting this for a buddy over at a VA I fly for. He says it just started happening. When he encountered it a few times he decided to try new drivers (installed improperly) but the problem still exists. Any idea what it could be? I suggested trying new drivers and using Driver Cleaner Pro, trying the card in another computer etc, but does not seem like he is too familiar with computers. BTW this is FSX.

What brand is the card? If its BFG/ XFX/Evga he most likely has it under warranty. If its another company he should find out if its covered still or not.

If drivers don't help, he should RMA it.
 
I tried to mention that to him. it seems it is a prebuilt computer. I will ask him.
