Could turn out great depending on Sapphire's refurb practices or if newegg went through proper QA with it. If you look at the reviews for this card they are fairly mixed, as are the amazon reviews for this exact model. Not really sure of the differences between the two SKUs besides the cooler but there seems to be something amiss with Sapphire's default fan control settings. This one might have been one that got returned for artifacting/black screening but hopefully you don't have issues!

Very nice price on a 7870 if it turns out to be trouble free. My trigger finger has been itching on that $195 AR deal for a few weeks now as it pops up at that price pretty frequently, but the reviews keep me from going through with it.

That's not the same card. I got the open box and the reviews are very close to 5 eggs/
 
If you are lucky, it's a good deal. If you are not, you may have gotten one of the black screen returns (google Sapphire 7870 black screen issue).
 
A buddy has been using the same card that you ordered and he has been very pleased with the performance, especially in Skyrim.
 
These were $195AR with FS and Farcry 3/Hitman included back in December so depending on how much you paid for shipping you basically got a "used" item in exchange for no games and not having to deal with a rebate.
