775 mobo, need a controller card

Hey all,

I am taking an old system from a friend and converting it to a ZFS server for my parents. It is an old Intel 775 chipset motherboard with onboard graphics card.
What would be the a good controller card to handle 8 or more hard drives for a raidz2 ZFS configuration? I have available a 1PCIe 1x, 1 PCIe 16x, and 2x PCI slots.
