picked up this unit yesterday...its a monster, going to take me almost 4 days, I used to fold bigadv in about 3

estimated ppd 311.5, now I know that the estimated does not work right, but I have never seen it that low

??

don't know, I have the -bigadv flag set but have not received one in almost 2 weeks

"Project 7610
This project involves additional sampling of the FiP35 WW domain shot from the ultra-long trajectories run by DE Shaw on their new supercomputer ANTON. We are testing the differences between these new ultra-long trajectories and shorter ones from FAH, to test how simulations run on FAH stack up to more traditional methods."

windows

frames report at 1 hour 5 minutes

Is it using 8 threads? Apparently it is an a4 core WU so it can also run in uniprocessor mode.

1419 points.

Somethin is wrong, because that isn't inline with what your system should be doing.

I thought the 76xx units were gpu ones

7620 and 7621 are FERMI WU's. 7610 and 7611 are regular SMP. My C2D's crunch through them all the time with a 15m TPF. There's definitely something wrong with a TPF that high, Jojo.

seemed wrong to me, it will be done Friday evening and I will report the aftermath

all 8 threads pinned, as always

Well, that sucked, just a bunk unit I guess.

look at my hourly, the 7610 did in fact return for 1400ish points, in 4 days. Then I promptly turned 4200 points in 4 hours on a 7022. Currently half way through a 7611 making 5 minute frames, estimating 4667 points in 8 hours.

Even at my new estimated ppd of around 15000 I am down from where I was, but nothing like the 350 ppd that 7610 returned, and the damn thing wasn't even real science, just cross checking their methods with large single node setups.

BEWARE THE 7610!!!

Weird, I just got another 7610, turning 4 minute frames...

baffling

stats link above...I am away from the rig and don't know what they are, but they started feeding it something yummy today, change is in the air
