I have an EVGA 7600gt KO, and I have an interesting problem. It seems that when I OC the videocard it causes MAJOR stuttering. I'm talking about everything just freezes for up to 15 seconds(estimate) and then it resumes. I know the card is already oced from factory, but it seems odd that it would cause this issue, instead of artifacting or high temps. I managed to score 5600 in 3dmark01 lol. But when I clocked back down to stock, I got 17k.

my only guess is that your p4 2.8 is the cause of it or not enough power

How much past stock are you OCing it? You could try the famous volt mod. Extra juice always stabilizes OC's until to fry it of course :D

That happens when I push the V-core to 620
Its pretty well established that the g73 hits a wall around the 610Mhz area on the stock voltage. Merely raising it .1v often nets OCers an additional 30-50Mhz

don't see the point in another thread so i wonder if people can help me with my 7600gt problem aswell. Recently i've been getting these weird half pictures when loading web pages and im assuming its my card. Its the same with the latest drivers and older drivers so that cant be it...what could it be :)

if it only happens in your web browser then its bound to be some setting that you have, but never hurts to try different drivers and i mean others besides video card.
