under control panel, go to 'regional and language options'
select language, click on details
under settings, click add
select spain from the dropdown menu
now ur gonna have a little blue box on ur taskbar that says EN
click that, and it should let u change to spanish
keyboard should work now, keyword being should

im not sure tho, but might as well give it a shot
 
You probably have to set language options for the keyboard.

Go to Control Panel, then Regional and Language Options. Click the Languages tab, and now you have to add the Spanish keyset. So click Add..., then you can select an Input Language. I see a lot of Spanish in there (for the major Spanish-speaking countries). And then select your keyboard layout (Spanish I guess).

Now you can switch between the English and Spanish keysets, maybe.
