open up the powersupply pull the sticker off the fan and spray some wd-40 or teflon spray lube in there then wipe away excess and replace sticker turn it on and enjoy your sqeak free fans that spin faster and easier than ever i recomend the 3m teflon added spray as it will last longer than wd-40 or you could just replace the fans with some sunons or deltas or other favorite brand fan
 
I was told to never use anything as light as WD-40 (like kerosene) on bearings, just regular 5-10 weight oil.
