7000A-cu to XP-90?

For a typical warm-running, overclocked Clawhammer, would a jump from a Zalman 7000A-cu to XP-90 be worthwhile? Temp differences seem to vary quite a bit in each comparison review I've come across.

I use to have the 7000A on my newcastle..the temps were okay. My temps were 42°C idle and 50°C under full load...After I installed my XP-120 my idle temp were 37°C idle and 45°C under full load oc to 2.6 from 2.2

I like my XP-90! I never used the stock cooler on this chip but my idle temps are around 33C. Load around 38 @ 2.4ghz.
