7000 series power reqs?

Is it known yet what the power requirements will be for the 7800 and 7900 series? If not, anyone have a general idea on what they will be?

As far as as I know, no, they aren't known yet. In fact, as far as I know, we don't know the specs with 100% certainty either. Should be less than their 6xxx series equivalents though.
