7.1 Channel Cables?

I have a creative X-Fi with its 4 3.5mm 7.1 channel outputs, and just picked up a set of the Creative Soundworks 7.1s from a friend, now the speakers came with a 4 to 3 cable for use with the older soundblaster cards, four 3 pole 3.5mm ends for the speakers and three connectors on the other side, 2 have 4 poles and 1 is a 3 pole, my old Logitech's had just a 3 to 3 setup, used that cable plus a spare 1 to 1 cable just lying around... what I want is something that has four 3.5mm ends on both sides... and color coded... creative made them at one point... but I never bought them and now I can't find anything on them other then this link talking about them http://support.creative.com/kb/ShowArticle.aspx?sid=53375

Any ideas on where I might be able to snag up a set?

Make sure I read this right....

You need 4x stereo-mini (TRS) connectors? Just make a loom out of 4 monoprice male-male stereo-mini cables of whatever length, and color code ends with vinyl tape. Bind together with black vinyl tape like we theater people do.

I use cables similar to those in the monoprice link and I just label one end. Creative would probably charge an arm and leg for the color-coded cables.

Also, welcome to the 7.1 club and realize that many games only support up to 5.1 so sometimes you'll have no sound in the side speakers.

there is an option on the control puck to up-convert 5.1 to 7.1 and 6.1 to 7.1, regardless, I know that the cable used to be made... and if I recall was $14.99 +shipping and what I have is working... but I just kinda want the cable that they were talking about... but 2 hours of searching on google... ebay and amazon and I cant find it... oh well I hoped you guys might just snap your fingers and say "hey I know where you can get that" but if not... not a big deal... just wanted the nice looking pre-made cable.
