There's no mention of a 7990 on that review. If you are referring to the 7970, I would say that it does pretty well against a graphics card with 2 cards on one board.
 
You don't. It will go away after about 15 more people poke fun at you. Edit the first post to also say I know, I know, please don't rape me. That helps.
