I'm trying to chose a 6970, I was thinking the MSI R6970 Lightning or Powercooler PCS+ for the better sound and cooling but not sure if they are worth the extra cash, or just go the cheapest route like the XFX HD 697A CNFC at $320. I'm concerned about heat and noise so anybody with first hand knowledge please chime in.
