Hi. I just bought a HIS 6950 2GB card and hooked it up to my LCD TV via HDMI (2008 Vizio 42" that supports 720p and 1080i). In both 720p and 1080i, the image is not centered. I know about the underscan/overscan slider and scaling options, but none of these help as the image is not centered so there is always a constant offset. My TV does not appear to allow for image position adjustment, and I cannot find the option in CCC or Windows 7 even though it seems like an obvious option. Does anyone happen to know where I can find image position adjustment in CCC or how to fix this issue? Thanks for your help.

Happened to me as well. I re-centered using TV options. Am a bit bummed that your TV does not support this. What panel are you using?

Btw these options are in all TV sets since at least 2007.

Jak, does your TV have presets for different inputs? Sometimes the controls are tied to a specific input.

Hi. My TV does have preset menus depending on the input. For example, I could adjust the image position via VGA input, but that option is not available with the HDMI inputs (unless I am somehow missing it in the menu). the panel is a Vizio VX42L.
