6950 Flex Weird Problem

Hey there, was hoping somebody might be able to help me out. I picked up a 6950 Sapphire Flex Edition card to run in Eyefinity Crossfire with a 6950 Dirt 3 Edition Sapphire I already have.

The reason I got the Flex is my monitors are old Dell 2007fp with only DVI input. What happens is what you see in the picture below:

This is the second card this is happening on. I RMA'd the first thinking the card was defective but maybe it wasn't. Those blue lines/artifacts only happen maybe a couple times a day and never when playing a game. I tried switching the cables around thinking it might be the monitor or one of the outputs on the card, but it will only show up on the center monitor. The only thing that fixes it is a restart. The power supply is a Corsair 850TX. Is this a driver issue or another bad card/something else?
 
If you replaced the card and the cable: the only weak link is the monitor itself. I bet that is the problem.

Hook the monitor to a different system / laptop using the same input and see what you get. One of my 2007FPs blinks sometimes, I got it as a refurb from Dell a long time ago. Just part of the deal.
 
Yeah sorry, I was trying to keep it short. But when I switched the cable I was in effect switching the monitors too. The problem won't "follow" to what I thought was a bad monitor, it just stays on the center screen regardless which monitor/cables I use.
 
The big reason why I don't think it's the monitor or the cables is the problem only started when I installed the 6950 Flex. I tried messing with figuring it out for a couple days and finally gave up and RMA'd the card. At that point I went back to using the same three monitors and cables with my original 6950 Dirt 3 Edition card while waiting for the new card which was a couple weeks and had absolutely no problems.

The new 6950 Flex shows up and the problem of the weird glitches comes back a couple times a day. It has to be something with the video card otherwise why would it be perfectly fine for two weeks and then start again the second I installed the new Flex?

Did Newegg just resend me the same video card? Has that happened to anyone? I didn't write down the serial # of the first so I don't know for sure but the packaging looked brand new.
 
I would RMA again, then. Uninstall and reinstall the drivers as well when you switch cards.
 
Well, I sent the UPC away for a rebate because I figured it was drivers or something other than the video card to happen on two of them. Newegg can't keep the Flex card in stock for more than a couple days at time either so I was also guessing my best bet for RMA would be back to Sapphire if it ended up being the video card.

Really hesitant to RMA again though because I'm really enjoying gaming with it and don't want to sit on my hands for a month or whatever. The desktop glitching up is tolerable because I can fix it with a restart, but having spent so much on hardware I'd kind of like it to work like high level hardware should.

Thanks for the help though. I did try the clean drivers and pretty much anything else I could think of like 2D downclocking/voltages/cables/landscape/portrait when it first started and I'm just fresh out of ideas.
 
The other thing I see with an RMA is I can't reproduce the problem. I stressed the card with OCCT and it shows no errors. Do I just send them the picture I posted above?
