I have had my Sapphire 6870 installed for a couple months now and recently noticed at some point it seems i have lost fps across the board. Games I have noticed are sc2, wow, and rift and they all are about 20-30 lower fps. I have current drivers, which I though might be the problem but I just reinstalled using drivers sweeper. Wow is not a very intensive game graphically to max out when I first installed was getting 60 and lower in city's. Now I am hit 25-35 in noncrowded areas(max settings). Any ideas would be appreciated.

cpuz will give me what card i am running but won't tell me at what speed its running at.

Another thing that is a common mistake:
Do not turn on AA on the CCC if you are gonna control it ingame, otherwise you will just make your fps to nosedive.

I was using the aa in ccc but noticed that nose dive and turned it off. No v-sync isn't on. I noticed in wow once I get in an instance it shoots back up to 60 but open world stays low which wasn't the case before.

I noticed that in ccc under current values the gpu stays at 300 mhz but read that this was a bug.

WoW in cities is way less about the gpu than about ram and cpu, your cpu should be ok, and if you have 2-4GB ram it should also be ok.

Still also check that you are running it on dx11 mode, it gives quite a boost.

Last thing to check out would be the addons that you use, i can't help you with that since i cancelled my account quite some time ago due to time constraints.

I have been messing it some more. I think the drivers fixed my rift issues. I think sc2 and both wow had to do with my cpu not always getting out of downclocked mode both being cpu heavy games. I messed with C&C and power saving. Think i got working now thx for the help though.
