6870 fan rattling

Hey all,

I just got a XFX 6870 Double Dissipation with Extra Turbo Deluxe Lightning. When it runs at idle, the card is inaudible. However, if I crank the fan to 100%, the right fan makes a rattling noise. After a few minutes of rattling, the noise eventually settles down to just typical fan noise.

Does anyone know if this is easily fixable? I don't want to RMA the card over something so benign. None of my games actually push the card to 100%.

While I have your attention, my crossfire temps at idle is a warm 41C. Anyone know if this is normal? My reference 6870 in non-crossfire runs at 38 idle. I know crossfire makes top card warmer, but I figured double fans would offset it. What gives?

Thanks in advance.
