6800U PS ? dealing with Rails

Alrighty I have a 600watt PS with 28A Max on 2 12V rails. I should be getting my 6800U tommorrow and seen some posts saying need dedicated lines for it. Both of my rails atm are took up 1st rail: with Floppy, DVD, CDrom & 4 Fans. 2nd Rail: 2 Sata HD, Cooler Master Fan, and 4 more fans and 9800 Pro.

Im trying to figure out how to make a dedicated line for the 6800U both of my 12V rails have like 4 HD connectors on them (forgot name of em). But also coming out of my PSU is a single HD connector with only a Yellow/Black going into the 4 prong connector (What is that) :confused:

Otherwise i guess im going to have to put all the stuff above on 1 rail with Y splitters out the Wazzooo or should the rail on my videocard and sata's be ok???? :rolleyes:
