6800nu Watercooling question

I was wondering if anyone knows if the nVidia 6800nu would benefit from a full card cooler or would just a GPU cooler and ram sinks work just as good? The stock Heatsink/Fan just cools the GPU, I get a decent OC from my memory as it is and I do not plan to do a voltmod since I have heard that it is kind of iffy on the 6800nu.

The GPU/RAM blocks are a lot more expensive. I like the GPU blocks because they normally can be modified to fit different cards by buying a new bracket.

I was just wanting to know if you guys thought the extra premium was worth it for the GPU/RAM blocks?
