Damn I hate taxes. It's like 30 dollars tax. What's with new egg having two sales in 3 days?
First it was 1 day sale for 399.99 then now a labor day sale for 397.00? I like newegg but come on what 2 dollars off? Well at least there is no shipping and they are super fast too. :)

I want to buy one though,sometimes I feel like a woman and can't decide on what dress too wear. :(
 
Got my BFG 6800OC GT a week ago at BB for $360/w 10% coupon. With the Bios flash, it ran at 435/1250 with no problem. So far, I'm happy with my card. But if I were you,
I 'll go with the Gainward 6800 GS.

out of curiousity, what was different in the changed BIOS over the stock one that allowed you such nice speeds?

I'm assuming it was higher voltage? ie - 1.3v > 1.4v?
 
Its about time Newegg drops the prices, I remember two months ago when they had a Chaintech GT for $540 + sh. :rolleyes:
 
Yeah, but does it come with FarCry like the newegg version. If it does, then I would go for it. Better price. It doesn't say anywhere that I could see that it comes with the game like the one at newegg. You would think they would pimp it up with advertisement with FarCry included. Im_a bout to hit the order button myself . :cool: . Very tempting.

Yep. I was :) I noticed that the other site has no details of any bundled games. Still a good price though.
