My leadtek 6800GT is saying that the core is at 29C and the ambient is 39C, and doesn't change. What is causing this, because it didn't do this before and it only happens after playing games. I'm running the 71.89 drivers and ran driver cleaner.

Well, that is clearly erroneous unless you are running water cooling on the core. Perhaps you've got a bad on die diode...

Did you revert the drivers to see if it fixed the problem? I'm running the same, and don't have the problem.

I fixed it by uninstalling drivers, DC, and then getting leadteks version of 71.89 drivers.

49 idle and around 58 after a couple hours of gaming. The leadtek card has a massive cooler on it, the only thing is that it takes a while for it to come back down to idle.
