6800GT 128 vs 256

Can anyone point me towards reviews of 6800GTs comparing the 128 & 256mb versions? I'm trying to decide if I should hold out for a more expensive, mail-order only 256mb card - locally I can only find 128mb cards. Not sure if it is worth the extra $80-100 either?

Couldn't really turn up much w/search...

There are no 128 MB cards that are really 6800 GTs. If you are talking about the Asus cards, they are severely nerfed compared to the real 6800 GT cards.
