6800 vs 6800GT: Which one?

[bobsaget]

I know the 6800GT will beat the 6800... but does anyone have any benchmarks???? I can't seem to find any!

Thank you!

I'd like to see the 6800 compared to things like the 9800 xt and x800 pro, too.

The 6800 fares worse than the X800 Pro for sure. I would say go GT.

6800GT >> X800PRO >> 6800 >> 9800XT

the 6800nu is probably only 30-40% faster than the 9800xt, get the GT

It all depends on his budget. You can get a 6800nu $100 cheaper then a GT or Pro and it more then outperforms a 9800XT or 5950u which were last years top end cards. The 9800XT and 5950u still cost well over $300 too which doesn't make much sense.
