GeForce 5600/5700 Ultra -> 6600 GT.

Huge jump.

Big jump for me had to be from a PCI 5200FX to a AGP 9600XT then I went from that to a 6800GT so yea that was a good jump and well worth the price @ the time..

Remember that the 6800 Ultra also brought along SLi with it's generation so FX5950 Ultra to 6800Ultra in SLi was the biggest jump.

Nothing to my Monster 3D. you cannot beat that performance jump, since lim(y -> 0) X / Y = infinitiy

DX 9 ----> DX 10 (79XX GX2/GTX/GT etc...-----> 8800GTS/GTX)

Hmm, I went from internal to Voodoo 2 / 3, then Geforce 2, then Ti4600 (both still in use) then to a 6800, and now to an 8800. Biggest would be the 2 to 4600, mainly due to cranking games up.
