6800 Ultra recomendations please

I'm ready to buy a 6800 ultra. I've been out of the country for 2+ weeks and from what I've read, it seems that they are now in stock and available. Since some time has transpired, I was wondering if there is now a brand that is shining above the rest. Today I read that some have 2ns memory instead of 1.6ns. Which do and which don't? I will probably overclock..so won't this make a difference?

I'd really appreciate any recommendations.

btw, anyone know of any bargains on them other than those I see in Pricewatch?
