is a 420 w OCZ PS good enough? Or should i go ahead and spring for the 520 w OCZ ( i really like there PS, very very good quality)
 
Man I have a 2.4c,1Gb of ram with 6800 ultra running perfectly fine on a 360w Chieftec psu, I don't think you'll have any trouble.
 
It all depends on how many amps are being pushed through the 12v rail. You can have a 350 watt putting off 25 amps and it will run fine. I just got a Vigor 500watt PSU and it puts off 18amps..I'm having all sorts of problems.

My solution? I got the Ultra-X PSU...puts off 34amps on the 12v rail.
