6800 plus Via k8t800 chipset?

I've heard there's some issues. I was wondering if anyone is having issues with a setup of this sort, or is it fine? I'm particularly interested to hear from people with Leadtek, Gainward, eVGA, or PNY 6800GTs.

i've got a MSI KT8 Neo, 3400+ A64 and a gig of corsair XMS 433mhz ram and have no problems with my Leadtek 6800GT. I've even got it overclocked to 415/1100
