So here are some questions for my experts....

With a 6800 GT... 1 GB RAM ....

Do I want Fast Writes on or off, and why?

If I can run my AGP frequency higher than 66 MHz stable, lets say 75 MHz, do I want to and why? (I am assuming more bandwidth for the card)

Does AGP port voltage help increase overclocking on the GPU? Should I set mine to it's max and will this do anything?

What's the end all of 24 hour video card testing for overclocking stability? (Rthdribl 95% screen 24 hours?)

yes they help you dont really notice anything but sometimes on older cards they would have problems with being stable when fast writes was turned on.

yes more bandwidth but its bandwidth between the video card and the mother board i tryed 66mhz compaired to 70mhz my 3dmark2003 score went up like 1 point not really worth it. your card is more stable at 66mhz and helps with overclocking because you dont have to worry about agp being stable.

on older mother boards when you would rais the fsb the agp and the pci speed would incress to so you would up the voltage to help keep everything stable

I had to set fast writes off to keep a pny 6800gt from stuttering during 3dmark03 while I didn't for a BFG 6800gt.

If I up the AGP voltage and select detect optimal settings in the nvidia control panel I get a higher recognized overclock then at stock voltage (1.5).
 
I had to turn off fast writes with my BFG 6800GT to stop the crazy 8 second pauses I was getting with UT and everything else.
 
Do not increase AGP voltage and bandwidth. The bandwidth speed increase will be negligable and in the margain of error. AGP 8x is more than enough to deal with bandwidth. Also, a voltage increase there could damage your card. If you want to have a voltage increase for overclocking, you can edit the cards bios and flash it. This is also dangerous but it will help you with overclocking, where as an AGP port increase will just ruin your AGP port, and possibly your video card.

If you want to overclock your video card, my recommendation is to check your temps, check your cooling set up, and see if you can increase the core voltage on your card to 1.4. I hope that helps. (Note: Increasing voltage is probably not necessary to achieve ultra speeds.)
