I have a Gigabyte 6800 GT AGP. I was reading in the last Computer Gaming World on how to turn your 6800 GT into a 6800 Ultra. I did everything it told me form creating a new reg setting and changing the frequincies. I have also used the V Tuner 2 that comes with the card. Both of them when you go to OC the card it reads that it OC's. When I restart my computer it resets the card back to it default settings. How can I prevent this from happening? Please help.
System Specs
AMD 64 3000 Socket 939
1024 MB Corsair XMS Dual Channel
MSI K8n Neo 2 Platinum
Gigabyte 6800 GT
Mad Dog 600 Watt Power Supply
36 Gb 10000 RPM Hard drive
250 Gb 7200 RPM Hard drive
Windows XP Pro.

If you have coolbits2 (most people use this for their 6800 GT overclocks), there's an option below the frequency and memory tuners (in the Clock Frequency Settings category) that says "Apply these settings at startup". Check that box and it should be fine.

Real quick another thing in the article it says that I need to watch the temp. on the card and not let it go into the red zone. Where is this temperature display in the driver?

should just be in the analog or digital display properties. It has a list including clock frequencies, quality settings, refresh rates etc and there should be a temperature one.
