I have a PNY 6800 GT with Ultra bios and when i try to overclock it using coolbits, i use the autodetect feature in the nVidia control panel and so it will idle at 350/1000 and when a game is started it goes up to 425/1120. My problem is that this OC only lasts for about 2 min then the card takes it back down to 350/1000, even in the game. How can i get the OC to last?

PS the temp is no where near the throttling temp.

have you tried SLIGHTLY less OCs... like 5mhz core 10mhz ram less...maybe your just trying to push it a LITTLE too hard...
