6800 gt oc coolbits 2.0 question

I installed this cause i used it previously on an older card. With this i noticed there is a agp settings tab. Next to max agp rate it has GPU (8x) Chipset (8x) OS (2x??????) and optimal (8x) what does this mean, im only running in 2x?!?
