6800 GT...crapping out?

For some reason, I cant OC my 6800 GT for **** on my new rig. I used to be able to pull 430/1150 on my old intel rig, but with my A64 system, anything above 380 core freezes 3dmark03...whats going on?

Seemed to fix my problem. Does it do anything performance-wise? B/C now I cant get above 11,600 in 3dmark03 with my card @ ultra levels and my A64 at 2.5ghz ( 250x10 )...which is low for my system. I used to get 12,400 with my p4 at 3.2ghz..

What about all the optimizations in the NV menu? ON or OFF? Whats APIC?
