If you read any reviews (including the one at [H] :p) you'd see it's a NV42 core (12 pipelines, 110nm) running at 425MHz with 256MB of 256-bit memory running at 1000MHz. It's available in PCI-Express only.

The perfomance is about the same as the discontinued 6800 GT.

i would say its kind of like a 6800nu with gddr3 memory but with a higher core freq. (425MHz), and on a smaller process(111nm)
 
So is it able to unlock the other pipelines? I guess the Ultra still pwned it?

Actually its got alot of headroom so it may beat the Ultra it is at sock about hte same as a GT. The Pipes can;t be unlocked because it was manufactured without the pipes at all.
