6800 card - what brand?

Looking on the egg I see 4 different 6800 brands available:

Gainward
Albatron
Giga-byte
eVGA

I realize a lot will probably say "splurge and go for the gt or even ultra if you have the dough"... problem is, I wanted to keep it to $225 max for my video card (was looking into a 9800 Pro and read some reviews comparing 6800 and 9800 pro) and I've already gone over budget to $275-285 because I want to try this new card. What's the consesus on which card to get of the 4 brands listed above on newegg?

brand dont matter to me, get the cheapest 6800 if you can, but GT is better for the long haul. OCing it does not make that much of a difference.so any brand would do. 6800GT beat 6800 by far at high res. unless u play at 1024res. 6800 is good. remember 6800 got 4 less pipes and less mem.(128 only). so try hard to get the GT, u will not reget it!

i almost got the 6800, but im glad i got the GT. BIG difference, trust me. oh! unless u have a slower CPU, like 2ghz or so. 3ghz+ for GT is best. goodluck dude!

I'll be running it on a stock Athlon64 (s939) 3000+... and I'm new to oc'ing (haven't done any yet, but plan to once I get my new system).
