What is sideband addressing? Is it important to have it enabled? If so, how would i go about enabling it? Its something ive heard about before and saw was disabled when looked at CPU-Z and a couple other programs and thought maybe it could help explian why im getting poor performance from my 6800. Ive looked aorund and havent been able to find it anywhere. If someone could help me out thatd be great,

If you can enable it, it gives you a couple % increase in speed.

It baseically uses additional lines exclusively for address data to the video card. But addressing is not a lot of data anyways.

So enable it if you can, and don't worry about it if you can not. (check you MB BIOS for enabling it, try rivatuner or similar software, and try the latest chipset drivers.. that is all you can try to enable it.. or just don't worry about it.)
