6800 and 6800le

12 pipe 6800nu - 4 pipes = 6800le + lower ram speed I think

You could always try the egg (newegg.com) and look at the specs yourself

The 6800LE is slow, while the 6600 manages to be even slower. Go with a 6600GT at least for gaming.

6600 is like a 6600le with less memory bandwidth.

If it's an AGP card get a 6800le and try unlocking the pipelines.

the le is a damn OEM that they refuse to send at certain sites for benchmarks. And as far as I could tell on a certain web site (can't remember which one), it's crap. Buy the 6600 GT instead. (my opinion anyway)

The 6800nu has 12 pixel pipes and 5 vertrtex pipes and 325mhz core, the 6800LE has 8 pixel and 4 vertex and 300mhz core, both have 700mhz ddr ram. the AGP versions of both can usualy be unlocked to enable the extra pipes up to 16x1,6vp but they dont always work. I have a Leadtek 6800LE and have unlocked 4 extra pixel pipes and 2 extra vertex pipes, it also has 2.2ns ram and runs @ 380/890

My 9800se takes offense to that notion.

A year ago I bought it for $123 and I immediately unlocked it and made it almost a 9800pro. For $123 when 9800pros were $200 it was a damned good deal.

There was one manufacture that I can't remember that made a 6800 with all 16 pixel pipes and 6 vertex pipes but only 700mhz DDR not GDDR3 like the 6800GT. They labled it an 6800LE so it is quite a bit different the real 8 pipe LE.
