6600GT problem

Im having problems with my computer, i think it might be the video card...

Computer Config :
P4 2.4gig
1gig DDR ram
128mb 6600GT
driver : 84.21

My problem is when i play Age of Empires 3, after playing a couple min the computer would just reset... And in Counter Strike the screen would freeze for a split second and my choke would be very high...

Is my video card going bad or something? :confused:
