6600GT AGP Switching Problem

Ok i recieved my 6600GT today, upgraded from my 9800Pro, so far its getting really good fps, but when i am playing WoW it runs at about 60fps, then when i alt-tab to destop it does it instantly goes, but when i try to go back to WoW it takes a few seconds to load, then i get about 8-10fps for about 20 seconds then goes back to the 60fps, but with my 9800Pro it did everything instantly, i tried geforce driver 67.66 to begin with, then i uninstalled and installed 67.03, also before any installation i ran ati driver cleaner program. can anyone help me with this issue?
 
Why does there seem to be so many problems with the 6600GT AGP? Anyway, I heard that if you have a SiS chipset the card has problems.

You might want to head over to the Nvidia forums, there are a lot of people with problems with theit 6600GTs there. You might be able to resolve it there.
