I havent read anywhere but are they planning to immediately implement PCX flavors of the 6600. I only ask because there dosent seem to be any word on 6800 PCX version coming out anytime soon.

I wouldn't bet you will see them to either the end of sept beginning of oct.

Geforce 6600 GT is AGP as well

THE BR2 CHIP CAN BRIDGE native PCI Express chip back to AGP and this is exactly what Nvidia plans to do.

Nvidia has to build new PCB to be able to fit both NV43 chip and BR2 bridge chip on the same card and that’s why this card will be introduced a bit later than the native PCI Express cards that are expected in just a few days.

We are told to expect this card in November and we expect the same clock speeds for AGP and PCI Express cards.

Yet more rumor from the Inq

http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=18259

"NVIDIA WILL REVEAL the 6600GT and 6600 cards on the seventh of September as we already mentioned but this time we can give you a good idea how will 6600 standard perform.

This 300MHz/500 MHz clocked card will provide 4300 points in 3Dmark03. It ends up almost 50 per cent slower than its big brother due to a 200MHz lower GPU clock and 500MHz slower memory compared with the flagship 500/1000 MHz Geforce 6600GT."

Those sound OK, but not great IMO. I just managed to get my notoriously hard to overclock Radeon 9700pro AIW to 6000 3Dmark03 with the aid of the absolutely terrific VGA silencer rev3.
