6600 GT on a shuttle?

Do you think it's safe to run an eVGA 6600 GT on my shuttle XPC SK83G? The recommended power supply for the card is 350 W, and the shuttle has a 240 W PSU.

Considering that NV gives the same power supply requirements for a 6600GT as with a 6800GT… also the fact that shuttle PSUs often are able to perform outside of spec, and the fact that you have an A64 system and not a P4…

I would say you are fine.
 
I have been doing it for almost a year now, with no problems.

I've been running a 6800GT in my shuttle for over a year, not a problem yet :)
