660 MSI and Precision X error code

I have a 660 and every time i try to change any settings in either afterburner or precisionx I get an error "CTaskSchedulerInterface::addtask failed error code -22" I tried google and have not found any related topics. The changes seem to take affect but I still get the error. In precisionx it is worded differently but is still -22 error.
 
I had that error using precisionx months ago with a 650 on a friend's rig. Changed to an asus 660ti and used the Asus software, had no issues.

May want to check for software updates?
