I currently have a corsair tx650m psu and am running arsock extreme 3 gen 3 mobo, intel i52500k and a 6950 thats occed to 930/1330, running one hdd, and one cd,dvd rom drive, 4 led ans that are 120mm and one big 240 on the top, i wanted to know if my psu would be able to handle another 6950, or 6970? Thanks so much!!

Your PSU only has 2 PCI-E connectors, so you would need to get 2 adapters, taking up 4 molex connectors. Seems iffy.
I ran 2 6950's on a 750TX, and that's as low as many would go, particularly if you plan on OCing both cards. Plus, I don't know what CPU you have, but hopefully it's a good so as not to slow down those cards
