Hey guys
I've been trying to OC my 6300 over the last couple of days and it seems my 6300 hit a wall at about 385 FSB @ 1.4v.
I've tried lowering the multi and giving it more voltage but it won't respond. I also tried setting it at 401 FSB to see if it was a NB issue or strap but it won't post either. I get my fans and hard drive to spin but i have no video.
PCI-e is locked at 100 and PCI at 33.3. NB voltage is at 1.55 and SB is at 1.60. Also my ram can do 1066 so its not the ram thats holding me back.
Could it be the motherboard? Should i flash to a previous bios (im running the latest) ?
The specs for my rig is in my signature. I really want to hit 3.0ghz, anyways thanks for your help guys
