6200 turbocache card

Too bad THG runs so few benchmarks with the 6200TC. Except for Farcry in "very high quality" mode, the 6200TC does pretty good.

The 6200TC I had played Farcry decently in medium quality, almost as well as my 9600 Pro Turbo in the same quality setting.

Yes. It would be an excellent upgrade to your current rig. You happen to be in luck - I find myself in need of an evga 6800U (long story) and would be willing to trade straight across ;)
 
You´d be MUCH better off getting a straight 6200 non TC. Those don´t have the HORRID memory interface of the TC's and if you´re lucky you can unlock the extra pipelines and shaders effectively turning it into a 6600.
