I need a PSU for my rig.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.2GHz 8MB AM3
MSI 790FX-GD70 AMD 790FX
and will have 2x4870

I was recommended
Antec Earthwatts 650W
Corsair CMPSU-650TXEU

I need it to be quiet and powerful enough for my rig.
 
I suggest the Corsair, I have it and I love it, I can barely hear it and it doesn't get too hot.
