Looking to build a PC almost strictly for CS:GO that can get me hopefully 200+ frames in both deathmatch and 5v5 on my 144hz monitor (1080p, low settings). Have put together the build below, but am quite out of the loop on today's hardware; any critique would be great

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? - Gaming
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? - $600 before tax /shipping
3) Which country do you live in? Canada
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? Motherboard, CPU, RAM, Case, PSU, GPU, SSD,
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? None
6) Will you be overclocking? Maybe if FPS is not high enough
7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it? 24" 1080P
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC? This week
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? Nothing in particular.

I would go h/z97 mb. With a h81 you will not be able to oc the cpu. Also invest In a aftermarket cooler. If you can get it in the budget, maybe a higher end cpu.
