600-700 watt psu?

I've been noticing a lot of random restarts recently, especially while overclocked. I'm really starting to think it's a power supply issue, as I'm powering a lot of stuff off of a single 470 watt PSU.

I'm powering the following:
5x 120mm fans
1x 80mm fan
1x D5 pump
1x 80 watt peltier (needs a dedicated 10 amps)
Opteron 170 (Overclocked, PSU needs to give me at least 1.65v)
2x SataII HDD's
DFI Motherboard (1x floppy, 1x 4 pin molex, and the 2 main motherboard PSU cables)
XFX 7900gt (Overclocked, soon to be vmodded too)

What would be an appropriate PSU for me? I don't want to go above $150.00 if I don't have to.

Even with all the stuff I'm powering? I know that 80 watt pelt is putting a lot of stress on things.

I went watercooling mainly to quiet my system rather than to cool it. Why?

...yet you didn't list what RAM you have. Hmm....

Try undoing the pelt, and seeing if it still does that. The pelt pulls 10 amps, which is quite a lot.

The RAM has always been fine, but I'm getting 2x1gb sticks of Gskill extreme series (DDR500) tomorrow afternoon anyway (I ordered them on friday).

@BBQ: I can't just undo the pelt, lol. It's sandwiched in between the actual waterblock and a coldplate.
